Senior Visualizer
We handle all aspects of visualization management and production for architecture, civil engineering, and urban planning projects.
Additionally, you will be responsible for project management tasks including creating estimates, handling billing, and managing schedules.
Your role involves understanding each project's unique characteristics through client communication, collaborating with the team to explore effective visual approaches, and guiding projects to success.
During implementation design and production design phases, you will collaborate with the BIM team to support visualization throughout the various stages leading up to the building's construction.

- Project Management (Schedule Management, Estimation and Invoicing, Client Liaison)
General visualization work related to architecture, civil engineering, and urban development (rendering images, animation, VR, etc.)
All processes in architectural visual production (modeling, lighting, creating angles, rendering, retouching, etc.)
Application / system development for XR platforms - Required Qualifications
- At least five years' experience as a manager of visualisation work.
Basic knowledge of architectural design and the ability to communicate with designers.
Experience in estimating and invoicing for clients.
Modeling skills and practical experience using Rhinoceros or 3ds MAX.
Rendering skills and working experience using V-Ray, UnrealEngine, etc.
Image or video editing skills and practical experience using Photoshop, Premiere, etc. - Preferred Qualifications
- Creative skills to take architectural concepts and elevate them to the final visual creation
Experience and knowledge of application development using UnrealEngine / Unity, etc.
Knowledge of generative AI

- Monthly salary: ¥350,000 to ¥480,000 (indicative only; determined based on experience and skills)
Includes a fixed monthly overtime allowance equivalent to 30 hours. Overtime exceeding 30 hours is paid additionally.
Salary increase: Once per year
Bonus: Performance-linked payment - Trial Period
- 3 to 6 months (salary and other conditions will not change)

- Hybrid office / remote work (currently working in the office about 2 days a week)
Depending on the situation of the project, there is a possibility of traveling or being stationed at on-site offices and partner company offices both in Japan or overseas
