Available Positions

Full-time BIM Manager/BIM Consultant You will be responsible for BIM management for architectural projects or BIM implementation consulting for companies. For project support, you will act as a BIM Manager, assisting in improving project efficiency, facilitating smooth information sharing, and enhancing data quality from design through construction, fabrication, and facility management. For corporate BIM implementation, you will support the development of BIM adoption plans and standards, as well as the establishment of internal operational processes. MORE
Full-time BIM Coordinator You will be responsible for BIM coordination in architectural projects or supporting BIM implementation consulting for companies. For project support, you will work as a BIM Coordinator, ensuring the consistency and integrity of BIM models and data, while providing technical support for BIM operations within the project. Under the direction of the BIM Manager, you will collaborate with designers and contractors to assist in the creation, management, and coordination of BIM models. For corporate BIM implementation, you will support the project leader by assisting in the development of BIM standards and conducting software training in accordance with the BIM implementation plan. Full-time BIM Engineer You will primarily be responsible for BIM modeling in architectural projects. As a BIM Engineer, you will be in charge of creating and managing BIM models and data for assigned projects. Under the direction of the BIM Manager and Coordinator, you will collaborate with designers and contractors to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout the project. MORE
Full-time Senior Visualizer We handle all aspects of visualization management and production for architecture, civil engineering, and urban planning projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for project management tasks including creating estimates, handling billing, and managing schedules. Your role involves understanding each project's unique characteristics through client communication, collaborating with the team to explore effective visual approaches, and guiding projects to success. During implementation design and production design phases, you will collaborate with the BIM team to support visualization throughout the various stages leading up to the building's construction. Full-time Visualizer The role involves the management and overall production of visualisations related to architecture, civil engineering and urban development. Through communication with clients, we understand the characteristics of each project and work as a team to find the most effective way to express them, leading the project to success. In the design development and production design phases, the team also collaborates with BIM team to support visualization in the various phases up to the construction of the building. MORE
ー Intern We offer internship programs in both the BIM Course or the Visualization Course. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you can gain a deeper understanding of our workflow.
