BIM Engineer
You will primarily be responsible for BIM modeling in architectural projects.
As a BIM Engineer, you will be in charge of creating and managing BIM models and data for assigned projects. Under the direction of the BIM Manager and Coordinator, you will collaborate with designers and contractors to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout the project.

- BIM modeling and data quality control
Management of BIM datasets, including collaboration in BIM processes
Utilization and Technical Support for BIM-related Tools
Coordination and Support for the Project Team
Document outputs (design drawings, construction drawings, etc.)
Optimization and rationalization of geometry reflecting fabrication and construction conditions
Creation of data for fabrication and construction, including 2D drawings and quantity tables
Support for BIM software and system implementation
Provision of BIM software training
BIM training and education support (Enhancing in-house BIM literacy) - Required Qualifications
- 1.1 Construction Industry:
More than 2 years including the design stage and/or construction stage(advantageous) and/or FM (advantageous) of building projects(advantageous) and/or civil projects
1.2 BIM Specific Experiences:
At least one year of experience in BIM modeling and data creation.
2.1 BIM Process:
Understanding of the overall procedure of EIR/ BIM Requirements and BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for different project stages and assurance of given role in the BIM process
2.2 BIM Authoring:
Practical operation skills of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks manage, experience of CDE such as BIM 360 and ACC, and data exchange experiences between discipline specialized software conducting QA/QC to achieve the project BIM goal for the position

Practical operation skills of Rhinoceros and Grasshopper, experience at complex architectural projects, in creating detailed 3D models, analyzing and optimizing shapes, and preparing data for fabrication and construction
Or
Practical operation skills of CATIA and other softwares related 3D Experience, experience at architectural projects or manufacturing industry, in creating detailed 3D models, analyzing and optimizing shapes, and preparing data for fabrication and construction - Preferred Qualifications
- BIM-related Professional certification can be advantageous
Experience with Dynamo
Experience with Catia / 3D Experience
Experience with RhinoScript or Rhino.Python
Knowledge of interoperability between Revit and Rhino
Language skills (English)
Understanding of International BIM Standards and guidelines such as ISO19650, US BIM Forum, Newzealand, Singapore, and familiarity with Japanese BIM guidelines published by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and other organizations. - Desired Person Image

- Monthly salary: ¥250,000 to ¥400,000 (This is a guideline; actual salary will be determined based on experience and skills)
Includes a fixed monthly overtime allowance equivalent to 30 hours. Overtime exceeding 30 hours will be paid additionally.
Salary increase: Once per year
Bonus: Performance-based - Trial Period

- Hybrid office / remote work (currently working in the office about 2 days a week)
Depending on the situation of the project, there is a possibility of traveling or being stationed at on-site offices and partner company offices both in Japan or overseas
